Nexon has released the latest teaser for Mabinogi Mobile, the new title developed by devCat Studio and operated by Nexon. After eight years since its initial unveiling in July 2017, the mobile adaptation of the iconic game Mabinogi is scheduled to make its appearance in March 2025, although the exact release date has not yet been officially confirmed.

The new teaser showcases images that highlight a fusion between the romantic and emotional essence of the original game and a completely revamped visual style, adapted for the mobile experience.
Furthermore, it has been confirmed that Mabinogi Mobile will present a Launching Showcase on February 6, 2025, at 11:00 AM (Korean time). During this event, which will be broadcast on the official Nexon website, a countdown to the launch will begin, and more details about the game, its gameplay, and its monetization systems will be revealed.
Development Challenges
According to Korean media reports, Mabinogi Mobile has suffered multiple delays, driving development costs to over ₩1 billion won (US$700,000). A 2019 launch was initially planned, but due to the project’s complexity and the ambition to achieve high quality standards, development has been significantly extended.
