Kodansha has announced today the release of the PV for the original story “Lion’s Rousing Charge” for its new game based on the anime WIND BREAKER – Rebel Heroes. The game, which adapts the hit TV series WIND BREAKER, brings an original narrative proposal supervised by the author Satoru Nii.
"Lion's Rousing Charge": The New Original Story
The presented PV showcases a preview of the “Lion’s Rousing Charge” story, which centers around the faction known as Lion’s Pride. In this narrative, Tomiyama Choji takes the initiative to challenge their historical rivals, Fuurin High, in a direct confrontation following a pivotal incident.
During the intense battle, Tomiyama Choji is defeated by Hajime Umemiya, Fuurin’s representative, leading him to reflect on and regret his past actions. Subsequently, together with the second-in-command, he begins a search for answers about the team’s future and the direction they should take. In the course of this quest, they encounter Wanijima Yuugo (CV: Yohei Azajo), who was once known as the No. 3 of Lion’s Pride.

The PV also marks the first reveal of some of the game’s original characters. Among them, we highlight:

The leader of Lion’s Pride, whose determination drives him to challenge his old enemies, marking the start of a journey filled with conflict and redemption. - Wanijima Yuugo (CV: Yohei Azakami):
Formerly known as the No. 3 of Lion’s Pride, Yuugo is a powerful warrior, characterized by his calm demeanor and his wild fighting style. Currently, he has left Lion’s Pride and works multiple jobs to support his family.
