Wangyue, an urban A-RPG where you use creatures as allies, has unveiled its new trailer and announced its beta testing phase in China. This title, set in an urban environment with fantasy elements, has generated significant interest thanks to its innovative approach and the gameplay mechanics hinted at in these previews.
The new promotional video (PV) of Wangyue focuses on highlighting the uniqueness of its urban open-world. The PV reveals how the city is inhabited by creatures that interact with the citizens, offering assistance and creating a lively and colorful environment. This feature suggests a fresh and original gaming experience, where players immerse themselves in a living, dynamic urban ecosystem.

In addition to the PV, the development team has announced the start of beta testing, under the name “Shuoyue Test”. This phase will allow players to experience the gameplay mechanics, interaction with the world, and the distinctive features of Wangyue firsthand. The developers are actively seeking community involvement to gather feedback and refine the game before its official release.
The recruitment process for the beta is already underway, and interested players can participate through BiliBili or TapTap.
The recruitment period will remain open until December 25, 2024, and the developers will select a limited number of participants who will have the opportunity to experience Wangyue during its beta phase. Additionally, exclusive merchandise will be raffled off among the recruitment participants.
