The version 8.0 of Honkai Impact 3rd will arrive on January 9th with a great number of new features. The name of version 8.0 will be In Search of the Sun, and we will be able to enjoy new characters, events, and scenarios.

Added another chapter of the main story
A new character joins the game
The new character Reign Solaris will be available during version 8.0. This character will focus on the DPS role and will have the unique ability to transform his attack mode based on Durandal’s form: the Rampager form or the Skyrider form. His recommended weapon, Pri-Arm, will also be available, greatly enhancing his unique combat abilities.
New events
- Once the version is launched, the Illuminating the Universe stigma set will be available. This stigma set will allow us to enjoy Durandal in a parallel universe, whether playing soccer, playing in a band, or riding a skateboard.
- A new cube game. This time, Vita will join little Durandal to clean the corrupted data generated during the system operations. In the On-Duty Work Guide, captains will move the cube even as they solve puzzles.
- Countdown: To Sweet Dreams! will be a new event where we will travel through the dreams of various characters and face a fun boss.
- New outfits for Senadina, Steering Inequations.
