The mobile game developer and publisher, Netmarble, has officially announced a collaboration between its title Idle Seven Knights and the acclaimed anime OVERLORD. This partnership brings the addition of new characters, special content, and exclusive rewards.
Incorporation of OVERLORD Characters
Players will be able to enjoy the presence of three iconic characters from the anime: Ainz Ooal Gown (Momonga), Albedo, and Shalltear Bloodfallen, who join the roster of legendary heroes available in the game. Additionally, a collaboration pet, Hamusuke, is included, adding a unique touch to the players’ formations.
The story of OVERLORD, set in the year 2138, follows a player named Momonga who becomes trapped inside the popular VRMMORPG “Yggdrasil” after its shutdown. This background has been carefully integrated into Idle Seven Knights, with a new event that immerses players in the atmosphere of the anime.

Special Collaboration Events
To celebrate this crossover, Netmarble has prepared a series of special events.
- “OVERLORD Challenger Pass” Event: Available until January 1, 2025, this event allows players to obtain Albedo and Shalltear as collaborative heroes.
- Special Login Event “OVERLORD”: By logging in during the event period, players will receive rewards such as Ainz, Albedo, Shalltear, and several special hero coupons.
Additionally, a new collaboration event has been added with a special dungeon set in the Re-Estize Kingdom from OVERLORD. Players will have to face the boss Azuth Einzler to collect event coins, which can be exchanged for OVERLORD summon tickets, the pet Hamusuke, and an exclusive costume for Shalltear titled “Valkyrie of Blood.”
