The team from Honkai Impact 3rd has announced that version 8.1 “Drumming in New Resolutions” will be available on February 20, 2025. This update, arriving amidst the anniversary events, brings a plethora of new features and rewards for players. The update includes new events, outfits, rewards, and the debut of Kiana’s new battlesuit, Ba-Dum! Fiery Wishing Star.
New Content and Features
Story Interlude and New Events
In the story interlude of this update, players will be able to learn more about Leylah. Playing the interlude and participating in related activities will reward Crystals, Source Prisms, and other items. After the Spring Festival sleep crisis in version 8.0, Kiana has returned to the real world with Rice Cake and has received a new mission from Theresa. Together, they will head to the festive celebrations on the Moon Base.
In this event, Kiana will present a Fun Board that will allow players to acquire Yearly Chibis to form their team. Furthermore, participating in the event will grant tokens to exchange for Crystals, Coralie’s new outfit, and other fantastic rewards. Not only Coralie, but also Luna and Vita will have new outfits that players can obtain through bonuses and the Outfit Supply.
Kiana's New Battlesuit: Ba-Dum! Fiery Wishing Star
- Type: SD Battlesuit
- Description: On the battlefield, Kiana sports her new battlesuit “Ba-Dum! Fiery Wishing Star”, wielding a long staff to sweep away her enemies and deal Fire damage. Each hit of her 4-sequence attack accumulates KE, and the fourth hit inflicts Passion Marks on enemies to generate area damage.
- Equipment: In addition, Kiana’s recommended weapon and PRI-ARM will be available, which when equipped grant her an additional Passion Mark to the single enemy on the field.
- Stigmata: Kiana’s recommended stigmata will also be released, along with those of Herrscher of Human: Ego, to further enhance her abilities.
Login Events and Anniversary Rewards

From February 13th to 20th:
Players can log in to obtain the Prism Stigma Direct Level-Up Coupon, an anniversary emblem, and other rewards. For seven consecutive days, stigma options for Kiana and Herrscher of Human will also be granted, along with 10 Equipment Supply Cards. -
From February 25th to March 4th:
Players will receive an S-rank Battlesuit option, Equipment Supply Cards, Crystals, and more. Additionally, a 50% discount will be offered on the first 10 drops of Kiana’s Battlesuit Supply, and first top-up rewards will be doubled. The Carnival Supply pool rotation will also reward 2 Carnival Battlesuit Supply Cards per participation, and 5 Battlesuit Supply Cards will be sent via mail on the day of the update.
