A month after the first announcement about the game, Square Enix has officially announced that its new strategic RPG, Emberstoria will be available for smartphones and PC starting November 27, 2024. Along with this announcement they have released a new trailer featuring Hiroyuki Sawano’s new song.
This title promises an innovative experience with dynamic real-time battles and large-scale alliance combat.
A World of Strategy and Epic Battles
Emberstoria is set in Rengoku, a hostile land overrun by monsters, where players will lead the “Embers,” warriors from another world, in their fight against powerful enemies and gigantic magical beasts.
Key features include:
- Real-time battles: The battlefield constantly evolves, requiring quick and adaptable strategies.
- Co-op mode: Players can team up in alliances to tackle greater challenges and fight for control of the “Kizahashi” tower.
- Resource management: Building, researching, and training are essential to developing your base.

Exclusive Music for a Unique Experience
The new trailer for Emberstoria includes the main theme, titled ROSIN, was composed by Hiroyuki Sawano, renowned for his work on productions like Attack on Titan and Promare. The track is performed by cono, a talented singer whose unique vocal style.
