As we told you last month, the release day of Disney Pixel RPG, the 2D RPG adventure developed by GungHo Online Entertainment, has finally arrived and will be released on October 7 at 16:00 JST globally and in several languages.
An original story surrounded by distinctive characters
We will go on a journey through the “Disney Game World” using pixelart. Our protagonist will travel through the Magic Gate accompanied by characters like Mickey Mouse, Pooh or Donald Duck, seeking to restore their different worlds that are in chaos due to a mysterious program that has gone crazy, connecting them together.
An easy and entertaining game system
The game will have an energy system that we will be able to use in different ways: from overcoming different worlds and stories to advance the adventure to obtaining rewards automatically through the loop mode.
The combat system will consist of a turn-based battle of up to 5 characters in the group. Each character will have three types of commands: attack, defense and skill, where the skills will vary depending on the characters, from offensive characters such as Minnie Mouse, which is a character more focused on healing.
In addition to this, there will be the “exploration mode”, a simple way to obtain materials while we are not playing.
A great customization set
We must not forget the great customization present in the game, something to thank in a world as extensive as Disney, allowing our character to dress with characteristic costumes of our favorite Disney characters, as well as a customization of the profile card, being able to show all our favorite characters and even decorate it with stamps and unique details.
Pre-registration campaign reaches its last goal
All pre-registration goals have been reached, giving the initial players a great amount of rewards and bonuses once the adventure starts, don’t forget to collect them once you start the game as they will be a great boost for the beginning. These rewards are:
- 7,500 gems to be able to summon your favorite characters.
- Costume “Mickey Mouse Costume” and “Mickey Mouse Ears”, being able to customize as this iconic character.
