The collaboration will begin at 11:00 a.m. (Japanese local time) and brings with it a number of new features for fans of both titles.

In this special collaboration, some of FF7 ‘s iconic characters will receive outfits inspired by characters from FF6, allowing players to enjoy a unique blend between the two worlds. Here are some of the highlights of this collaboration:
- Cloud, the protagonist of FF7, will appear in an outfit inspired by Locke from FF6, combining the aesthetics of both characters.
- Tifa will adopt the style of Sabin, while Aerith will dress as Terra. These transformations are not only aesthetic, but are meant to evoke the spirit of FF6 within FF7 Ever Crisis.
- Sephiroth, the iconic FF7 antagonist, will be appearing at the event with an Edgar-inspired look, adding a different twist to his image.
In addition, the event trailer confirms the appearance of Kefka, the infamous villain from FF6, as the main boss.
