The Brown Dust 2 team, led by producer Jun-hee Lee, has revealed its second collaboration for this year. The popular Japanese action game Shinobi Master Senran Kagura: New Link will star in the upcoming event, which runs from October 2 to October 31, 2024.
Collaboration highlights
During the event, four playable characters from the Senran Kagura series will be added:
- Yomi and Hikage from Homura’s Crimson Squad.
- Yozakura and Yumi from Gessen Girls’ Academy.
Each of these characters will feature exclusive and limited costumes, available only during the event. In addition, participating players will be able to obtain Yomi’s exclusive UR equipment and 6 of her costumes for free, along with the exclusive SR equipment of all four characters, also at no additional cost.

Seasonal events
The collaboration event will include two back-to-back seasonal events:
- Shinobi Road (October 2-17): an event focused on shinobi training, where players will be able to engage in intense combat and face the True Orochi (Water) boss, an illusion of a giant yōma created for training.
- Akatsuki (October 17-31): In this event, players must fight the yōma True Orochi (Fire), this time a real enemy seeking to break free from its seal. The battle takes place in a shrine surrounded by a blood barrier.

Mini-games and rewards
In addition to the main battles, players will be able to enjoy two mini-games:
- Dance with Shurikens: Players must dodge shurikens to survive as long as possible and earn rewards based on their performance.
- Ninja Art, Super Rush: Players will destroy wooden dolls within a time limit, earning points for each doll destroyed.
Additional improvements and upgrades
In addition to the collaboration, the development team has announced several improvements to Brown Dust 2:
- New Guild Raid Boss: A new magic-based boss with damage over time (DoT) and knockback abilities will be introduced.
- Extended PC login duration: The duration of login sessions in the PC version will be extended from 48 hours to two weeks.
- Improvements to the Overpower skill: Removed the displacement requirement for overpower conditions and extended its range.
- Removed mission notification bar during draws: This bar will only appear after the draw is completed.
Gifts for players
As a thank you, the team has prepared a series of gifts for players that they will be able to claim until September 21, 2024:
