Cygames has officially announced a new collaboration event between its popular Granblue Fantasy game and the renowned That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime (TenSura) series. This event, titled “That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime: Sōkū no Kagi-hen” (translated as “The Blue Sky Chapter”) will be released on November 15 in Japan.
Date and Duration of the Event
The event will start on November 15 at 17:00 (Japanese time) and will run until November 27 at 20:59 (Japanese time). The player community will be able to enjoy exclusive content, special rewards and challenges that will be available only during this period. Full details of the event will be revealed on November 14.
Event Highlights
Cygames has shared a preview of the characters from That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime that will be part of the event in Granblue Fantasy. Confirmed characters include:
- Rimuru Tempest (voiced by Miho Okasaki): the series’ protagonist, who brings his powerful transformation ability and vast knowledge.
- Veldora Tempest (voiced by Tomoaki Maeno): The storm dragon, famous for his immense strength and special bond with Rimuru.
- Shion (voiced by M.A.O): A powerful warrior who will protect Rimuru at all costs.
- Milim Nava (voiced by Rina Hidaka): A demon dragon known for her great power and free spirit.
- Ramiris (voiced by Haruka Terui): A demon fairy who brings her own magic to the event.
- Diablo (voiced by Takahiro Sakurai): One of the most mysterious and powerful characters in the series, loyal to Rimuru.
These characters will feature special abilities and characteristics in the game, allowing players to experience their personalities and powers in a new context.
