Following the recent official Monster Strike livestream for its 11th anniversary in Japan, we got to see some great news and content for one of the biggest gacha game titles: from new characters, collaborations, events and updates to new merchandising and even a concert!
New characters announced
The new units are here!
With the recent announcement of Monster Strike‘s 11th anniversary during MONST FREAK 2024, the following new units were announced:
- Wang Yuanji (True Beast God)
- Uriel (Transformation of the Beast God) with its two versions “God of Light” and “Flame of God”.
- Uriel MV (Beast God Transformation)
- Hamelin (Beast God Transformation)
- In addition to the Beast Deity versions of: Nostredamus, Sarutobi Sasuke, Arawin, Calamity Jane, Brothers Grimm, Gungnir α and Taikobo α.
Gundam is back with a second collaboration!
The second collaboration to Monster Strike from the famous Gundam franchise has arrived, announcing 5 new characters:
- Domon Kash and Shining Gundam (6*, fire element).
- Usso Evin and V Gundam (4*, water element)
- Thretta Mercury and Renewed Aerial Gundam (6*, air element)
- Kou Uraki and Gundam Prototype Unit 1 (4*, light element)
- Seabook Annaud and Gundam F91 (6*, dark element)
Also, the units and events of the first collaboration will be available again, being an excellent opportunity to get them.
New long-term event
Strike Records arrives, a system of achievements and missions. After overcoming the missions in a linear way, we will go up in rank in each of the sections, obtaining rewards according to the maximum rank in any of the sections and according to the average rank between the 5 sections. The event will last until April 1, 2025. Do you dare to complete them all?
Annual popularity survey
As usual, Monster Strike is back with its annual 11th anniversary popularity poll, allowing players to choose their favorite characters and get one of their 20 favorite characters guaranteed. Don’t forget to vote for your favorite character!

To commemorate this event, players will be given free of charge:
- 50 “11th Anniversary” orbs upon login. It is important to use them before the end of the event as they will disappear.
- 1 “Senbatsu” orb for the popularity poll.
- 2 “6* guaranteed orb” when reaching player rank 110 and 1110. If the player already had the rank, he/she will get the reward automatically.
- Duplicate the reward rate in “Gratitude Room” and “Memory Archive”.
Upcoming updates
The Unexplored Sand Palace will arrive in mid-October.
Like Unexplored Land, the monthly event Unexplored Sand Palace will arrive in mid-October, incorporating some new features such as the Skip Ticket to ignore the lowest levels or the Soul Key to obtain up to 3 emblems of each attribute.
Update 29.0 will arrive at the end of October full of new features
On its web page were announced the future notes of the 29.0 update where they stand out:
Added improvements in the luck bonus system. The luck bonus is increased from 525 to 700, obtaining substantial improvements such as 1 orb of 6* guaranteed at 600 luck and 100 orbs at 700 luck. In addition with the new experience improvement we will obtain 5% more experience up to level 5.
New quests and achievements with 180 orbs as total reward upon completion.
The maximum account level increases up to 2500, obtaining 1 orb of 6* guaranteed when reaching it.
5 new soul skills will be permanently added to the game.
New menu to save soul skill sets.
The 100% Golden Egg event bonus will become permanent.
Rei Zetsu quest can be saved and will be added to the training ground.
Energy consumption will be reset and 60 orbs can be obtained again.
This update is expected to arrive at the end of the month.
