HoYoverse announced the launch of a new event for its detective and romance game, Tears of Themis. It has been available since January 3, 2025.
In it, players can immerse themselves in the world of mythological fantasy with the event “Legend of Celestial Romance”, exploring a virtual cultivation realm and uncovering secrets alongside the NXX members.
Adventure on the Divine Mountain and New Identities
The event will transport players to the virtual game “Codename: Celestial,” where they will assume new identities and venture into the mysterious Divine Mountain. Along with the NXX members, they can level up, solve puzzles, and unravel the mysteries hidden within this realm. Each of the four companions will possess a unique sect skill that will be essential for combat, exploration, and puzzle-solving.

Exclusive Rewards and Free Limited R Cards
Players who participate in the event will obtain exclusive rewards, including the “Upon the Heavens” Invitation, four limited R cards, a themed Namecard, and a badge, all completely free.
Limited SSR Cards and the Shadow of Themis
The “Legend of Celestial Romance” event also brings the highly anticipated Shadow of Themis with an increased pull rate for four all-new SSR cards: Luke “Love Across Realms,” Artem “A Timeless Dream,” Vyn “Trial by Love,” and Marius “Captivating Hearts.”
Additionally, the dynamic “Legend of Celestial Romance” Invitation will be available for purchase.
Cultivation Challenges and Additional Rewards
Starting on January 3rd, players will receive a series of training challenges from the Celestial Abode Lizhu, allowing them to enhance their Cultivation Level. Completing the limited-time event tasks will grant Activeness and Celestial Moon Vases, which can be used to unlock and exchange rewards such as Tears of Themis – Limited ×10, the “Celebration – Legend” Namecard, past event SR cards, and more. Furthermore, by accumulating Total Purchases to a designated amount during the event, players will obtain additional rewards like the limited SSR “The Hunt,” the “Shadow Embossed – The Hunt” Namecard, and Tears of Themis – Union.
